Paramedic and midwife. Worked for three years in a general emergency medical team in the Republic of Khakassia, gaining extensive experience in providing urgent and emergency medical care to the population.
For the past year and a half, she has been working as a midwife in a maternity hospital, where she has assisted in the delivery of about 150 babies, helping women experience childbirth gently and without trauma — for both mother and child. She has received numerous commendations from the hospital administration, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Khakassia, and patients for her dedicated work. Program:
Conducts training sessions for pregnant women on preparing for smooth and successful childbirth.
Teaches natural pain relief techniques during labor (breathing, positions, massage, self-massage, acupuncture, acupressure, and vocal techniques).
Provides psychological preparation to help women get ready for childbirth and to facilitate further work of doctors with these patients.
Trains medical personnel in organizing and conducting maternity classes, aimed at reducing medical interventions, operative deliveries, maternal and neonatal trauma, and improving public health outcomes.
