Paramedic and midwife. Worked for three years in a general emergency medical team in the Republic of Khakassia, gaining extensive experience in providing urgent and emergency medical care to the population.

For the past year and a half, she has been working as a midwife in a maternity hospital, where she has assisted in the delivery of about 150 babies, helping women experience childbirth gently and without trauma — for both mother and child. She has received numerous commendations from the hospital administration, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Khakassia, and patients for her dedicated work.
Program:

  • Conducts training sessions for pregnant women on preparing for smooth and successful childbirth.
  • Teaches natural pain relief techniques during labor (breathing, positions, massage, self-massage, acupuncture, acupressure, and vocal techniques).
  • Provides psychological preparation to help women get ready for childbirth and to facilitate further work of doctors with these patients.
  • Trains medical personnel in organizing and conducting maternity classes, aimed at reducing medical interventions, operative deliveries, maternal and neonatal trauma, and improving public health outcomes.
