After graduating from the Krasnoyarsk State Medical Academy with a degree in General Medicine (1998) and completing his internship (1998–1999), Aleksei Tikhonovich began working as an obstetrician-gynecologist at the Sorsk City Hospital. From 2005 to August 2012, he worked at the Maternity Hospital of Abakan as Deputy Chief Physician for Medical Affairs.
From September 2012 to June 2017, he served as Chief Physician of the Maternity Hospital of Chernogorsk while simultaneously working as an on-duty obstetrician-gynecologist. He is currently employed as an obstetrician-gynecologist at the G.Ya. Remishevskaya Republican Clinical Hospital.
He provides medical care to patients with gynecological conditions and is proficient in all surgical methods for treating gynecological diseases. He regularly attends professional development courses and obstetric conferences. In 2011, he completed advanced training in ultrasound diagnostics and now routinely applies ultrasound examination in his daily medical practice.
